PVC Internal Lubricant Grade G60

G60, a product of Rosha Polymer, is an internal PVC lubricant designed to improve PVC melting and gelation and enhance production process efficiency.

In the PVC production process, the application of heat causes PVC particles to break down and fuse, forming a homogeneous melt. Achieving the appropriate degree of gelation plays a crucial role in the quality and performance of the final product.

G60 is highly compatible with PVC and helps create a more uniform compound by improving the dispersion of additives, including heat stabilizers. It also facilitates the PVC melting and gelation process by reducing melt viscosity.

Compared to external lubricants, the use of a suitable internal lubricant can improve the melting process and increase production efficiency without interfering with the gelation process.
